Speaking of changing plans.  Our Aussie based clients have had a change of employment situation and have prolonged their return to New Zealand.  As a result there is a great set of plans now available for the 200sqm home which was consented by Whakatane District Council on a sheltered spot with a sneak “ peak” of the ocean on Pikowai straights (around 25 minutes from Whakatane and +- 45 minutes to Tauranga)
